A strategist and creative blending intuition, presence, and purpose.
Inspired by how ideas unfold and creativity moves when it isn’t rushed, I approach content as something to be felt, not forced. I help brands move away from pressure-driven content and toward an intentional, strategic approach to visibility.
By pairing thoughtful strategy with ease and intention, we can build an online presence that feels deeply authentic and meaningful. One that reflects not just what you do, but who you are, and how you want to show up in the world.
Flow Socially began from something simple: enjoyment.
Social media, content creation, and photography were never obligations for me. They were hobbies, creative outlets, places I genuinely loved to spend time. Instagram, especially, always felt fun, inspiring, and full of possibilities.
As I started working with business owners, I noticed a disconnect. So many people — especially thoughtful, intuitive, and spiritually minded entrepreneurs — carried a heavy, negative relationship with social media. It felt draining, performative, and like something to tolerate rather than enjoy, or leverage.
I don't believe it has to be that way.
Marketing and content creation often get framed as boxes to check. They become the tasks you’re constantly returning to, finishing, and starting all over again, never feeling complete. I wanted to reimagine that experience entirely.
I believe marketing can be a place where we find our "flow state" in the way that we show up online. A place where creativity, clarity, and intention intersect to cultivate a presence. Because when you put something into the world, the energy behind it is felt. Forced content feels forced. Aligned content resonates.
At the heart of everything I do is this belief: Visibility comes before sales.
Before strategies and conversions, you have to allow yourself to be seen and take the time to see, hear, and understand your audience. When you approach marketing from that wider lens, everything shifts, and it all flows easier.
Outside of business, freedom matters deeply to me. It’s one of the reasons I chose this path in the first place.
I’m a yoga teacher and studio owner living in a small lakeside town in Michigan. I spend a lot of time outside, swimming, sailing, and watching sunsets with a camera in hand and my dogs at my side.
I care deeply about energy and living in a way that protects it, honors it, and allows space for life beyond the screen. I believe that when we take care of ourselves offline, we show up more fully and authentically online. That’s something I value in my clients, too.
When clients work with me, I want it to feel less like hiring a service provider and more like talking to a trusted friend — someone who genuinely cares about their business and the human behind it.
I take the time to get to know you, your work, your voice, and your values. From there, we create a well-rounded online presence that feels natural, authentic, and unmistakably yours. Whether I’m capturing content, shaping strategy, or supporting you behind the scenes, the goal is always the same: to make showing up online feel lighter, clearer, and more sustainable.
Ultimately, I want my clients to feel like a weight has been lifted, like their online presence is handled with care, intention, and trust.
